Love your food its really nice

I think it's great that you give free prawn crackers with orders over a certain amount and I always give driver a tip on delivery... but I'm confused what the service charge is for? For the free prawn crackers? For the free delivery? Some local websites give a discount for web orders, not add a charge on.. But hey we love your food and service, hence repeat customers.
